Pressio1. Using Pressio
You may use Pressio only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity that happens under your account.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Do not share your login or impersonate another person. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates security, abuse, or legal risk.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service to violate law or another party's rights;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, approvals, or account restrictions;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service in a harmful way;
- upload malicious code, spam, or deceptive content;
- use Pressio output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
4. Your Content and Data
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit to Pressio, such as beans, brew logs, grinder settings, feedback, and notes. You give us permission to host, store, process, and display that data as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
5. AI Features
Pressio may generate recommendations, summaries, or workflow suggestions using AI models. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them. Brewing guidance is informational only and should be treated as a tool, not a guarantee.
6. Beta Features and Availability
Some features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, or may otherwise change quickly. We may add, remove, pause, or modify features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain in the same form.
7. Third-Party Services
Pressio relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI services. Your use of certain functionality may therefore also involve those providers' systems and policies.
8. Bring Your Own AI Keys
If you choose to connect your own AI provider credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use them. You remain responsible for charges, limits, and terms imposed by that provider.
9. Termination
You may stop using Pressio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates abuse, security, operational, or legal risk, or if you materially violate these terms.
10. Disclaimers
Pressio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or that recommendations will produce any specific result.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the date above and provide additional notice inside the product when appropriate. Continued use of Pressio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
